  • Exact Cash: Please keep the exact order total ready to help ensure a smooth handoff with the delivery representative.

  • Accurate Address: Make sure to provide a complete address (House/Shop #, Street #, Sector/Area) and an active mobile number so the rider can reach you without delays.

  • Parcel Inspection: Per standard courier regulations, opening the package before handing over payment is not permitted. Once received, any issues can easily be claimed through our Return & Exchange Policy.
